Budhanilkantha Whole Building Renovation

This residential renovation project was completed for Mr. Ganesh Ghale in Budhanilkantha, Pasikot with the objective of transforming an aging house into a modern, attractive, and more functional living space. The client wanted a complete change in the overall appearance of the house while addressing various maintenance issues and improving comfort, durability, and usability.
After a detailed site inspection, the Swastha Ghar team identified several areas requiring improvement, including waterproofing concerns, aging plumbing and electrical systems, damaged finishes, and other minor defects that had developed over time. A comprehensive renovation plan was prepared to modernize the property while enhancing its long-term performance.
The project included the addition of a prefab room on the top floor and a complete exterior transformation from a traditional sloped-roof appearance to a modern architectural look. Existing plumbing and electrical lines were replaced, bathroom and kitchen spaces were fully renovated, and several repair and maintenance works were carried out throughout the property. Additional improvements included stone paving, PVC and false ceiling installation, living room decoration, wall and ceiling repairs, waterproofing treatment, surface refinishing, painting works, fixture replacement, and correction of various minor defects identified during the renovation process.
