Dhapashi Interior Work & Seepage Control

This interior renovation project was carried out for Mr. Bhanu Pathak at Dhapashi, Kathmandu, with the objective of improving the interior layout, enhancing aesthetics, and resolving existing seepage issues within the property. The project was executed under a well-planned renovation approach focused on both functionality and finishing quality.
The work included modification of the floor layout to improve space utilization and flow within the house. Bathroom renovation was completed with updated finishes and improved usability. A new modular kitchen and living space decoration were developed on the upper portion of the house to enhance modern living comfort and interior appeal.
Additional works included false ceiling installation, UPVC door and window replacement, painting works, and complete interior finishing improvements. Special attention was given to seepage control and tile finishing works to address moisture-related issues and ensure long-term durability of the interior surfaces.
This 3.5-month project successfully transformed the interior environment of the house into a cleaner, more modern, and comfortable living space while effectively resolving existing technical issues related to seepage and finishing quality.
