Imadol Residence (Ongoing)

This ongoing residential construction project is being developed for Mr. Raju Chhetri at Imadol, Lalitpur, on a 6 Aana plot with north-facing road access. The project is designed to deliver a spacious, modern, and well-structured home with efficient planning and long-term durability.
The project includes complete architectural and structural design, 3D modeling for visualization, full building construction, and interior design development. From the initial stage, emphasis has been placed on proper space utilization, structural safety, and a balanced modern layout suited to the client's requirements.
Currently, the project is in the foundation stage, which is a critical phase of the construction. All foundation works are being executed with proper technical supervision to ensure strength, stability, and accuracy as per the approved structural design.
One of the key challenges of this project is that the construction started during the rainy season, which requires careful planning for excavation, concrete works, and site management to maintain quality and safety. Additionally, the entire project must be completed within a strict 10-month timeline, including all structural, finishing, and interior works, making time management a crucial factor throughout the execution.
Despite these challenges, the project is being carried out in a systematic and well-coordinated manner, ensuring quality construction while maintaining progress as per the planned schedule.
