Nagarjun Padma Colony Residence

This residential project was completed for Mr. Keshar Bhandari at Nagarjun, Padma Colony. The project was developed on a 3.5 Aana plot with the objective of creating a well-planned, functional, and aesthetically appealing home tailored to the client's requirements and lifestyle.
The project began with detailed architectural planning and structural design, ensuring that both aesthetics and structural safety were properly integrated from the initial stage. Swastha Ghar provided complete architectural and structural drawings, followed by 3D modeling and visualization to help the client clearly understand the proposed design before construction commenced.
After finalizing the design, the project was executed under a complete design-to-construction approach. Construction activities were carried out with close technical supervision to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with approved drawings. In addition to the building construction, interior design solutions were developed to enhance space utilization, functionality, and the overall living experience.
